Welcome to Z & R (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website thezr.shop and the purchase of our handmade products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Our handmade products
Every Z & R item — crochet, beads, jewellery and resin — is handmade in small batches. Because each piece is crafted by hand, slight variations in colour, size, and finish are natural and are not considered defects; they are the signature of something made by a person, not a machine.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Buyer accounts are created directly. Seller (maker) accounts are granted only after you submit a seller application and it is approved by our team.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including our content rules.
3. Pricing & payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and UPI-on-delivery. We never store your card or bank details.
- We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund of any amount paid.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance when we dispatch the item. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if stock is unavailable or an address is invalid) and will refund any amount collected.
5. Shipping, delivery & store pickup
- Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your pincode, or set by the seller.
- A free store-pickup option is available where offered — no delivery charge applies.
- Handmade and made-to-order items typically dispatch within 2–4 working days.
6. Returns & refunds
If a piece isn’t right for you, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Unused items in original condition are eligible for a refund or exchange. Custom/personalised pieces and earrings (for hygiene) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
7. Reviews & user content
You may post reviews, ratings and images. By posting, you grant us a licence to display that content on the site. You must own the rights to anything you upload. The following is strictly prohibited:
- Pornographic, sexually explicit, or nude imagery.
- Hateful, violent, harassing, or unlawful content.
- Content that infringes another person’s rights.
Uploaded images are screened by automated moderation. Content that violates these rules is removed, and repeat or serious violations will result in your account being banned and, where appropriate, reported.
8. Intellectual property
All designs, photographs, branding, and site content are owned by Z & R or its makers and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Z & R is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Maharashtra, India.
11. Changes & contact
